Photos from Orange Corners Nigeria: Lagos Angel Network Quarterly Investor Meetup

Last week, the NL Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria, was host to the Lagos Angel Network (LAN) Quarterly Investor Meetup, bringing together angel investors and a curated group of startup founders for an evening of meaningful connections, strategic insights and investment readiness. A number of Orange Corners Nigeria alumni, such as Integrated Aerial Precision, took the stage to share their business plans with the angel investors gathered.

This closed-door session offered LAN members the opportunity to:
✔ Hear live pitches from promising startups
✔ Explore early-stage investment opportunities
✔ Deepen community among Africa’s boldest angel investors

In his keynote address, LAN founder Tomi Davies left us with a powerful reminder: “It’s not just about writing cheques. It’s about offering knowledge, relationships, and mentorship — the intangible assets that shape real outcomes.”

Hosting this event at the NL Consulate marks a first step toward a collaboration aimed at strengthening LAN, and in doing so, reinforcing the ecosystem and improving access to funding.
