Earlier this month, the Orange Corners Entrepreneurship Gala in Mozambique brought together alumni from across the country for a unique celebration of Orange Corners and our growing community in Mozambique. Attendees from Maputo and several provinces (including participants who travelled from as far as Nampula!) joined for an evening of warm conversation, shared experiences and renewed commitment to strengthening the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
A highlight of the event was the awards ceremony, where we recognised exceptional entrepreneurs demonstrating leadership, innovation, social impact and sustainability. Honours were presented across multiple categories, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Impact, Innovation & Technology, Sustainability & Green and Orange Corners Ambassador.
Beyond celebrating achievements, the gala also offered an opportunity to inspire, connect with various entrepreneurial ecosystem players and reaffirm the essential role entrepreneurship plays in Mozambique’s economic and social development.
