The Orange Corners Alumni Accelerator recently hosted its inaugural Women’s Circle, a dedicated space for women entrepreneurs to connect, reflect and grow together. The session brought together a powerful group of businesswomen committed to building confidence, fostering belonging and tackling the unique challenges they face on their entrepreneurial journeys.
The Women’s Circle focused on three key pillars:
- Confidence & Leadership: participants explored how to strengthen their voice and self-belief – crucial tools for pitching, negotiating and effective decision-making in high-stakes environments.
- Fostering a sense of belonging: recognising that many women operate in male-dominated industries or navigate cultural constraints, the Women’s Circle created a space where they could share experiences and solidarity.
- Growth Conversations: women discussed topics like the funding gap, gender bias, work-life balance and exchanged strategies to overcome these persistent barriers in entrepreneurship.
Led by business consultant and entrepreneur Nathalie Khoury, the session titled The Power of Feminine Leadership explored how authenticity, empathy and inner strength can serve as powerful drivers of leadership and success.
The Women’s Circle created a space for honest, vulnerable conversation. As an entrepreneur, it’s easy to feel isolated and forget that support is available, especially from other women.

Combining hands-on skill-building with deep peer support, the Women’s Circle was a testament to the power of community. It reminded all involved that leadership isn’t about perfection, but about authenticity, growth and courage.
