Earlier this month we officially launched the Orange Corners Innovation Fund in Mali. Implemented by the JIDIIYA FUND consortium (Zira Capital, ForthInvestment and F&S Consulting), OCIF Mali targets the top-performing Orange Corners Mali graduates and provides these businesses both funding and strategic support to strengthen their structure and investment capacity.
A total of 63 million FCFA (or about 100,000 euros) has been mobilised for this phase, including 15 million FCFA (about 23,000 euros) in conditional grants. After a rigorous selection process, three high-potential Malian companies were chosen:
- Kaba Multi Services (Ségou) – IT services including public typing, printing, training, repairs and graphic design
- BEKST (Bamako) – A logistics and transport platform offering express delivery, motorcycle passenger transport and intercity ticketing
- AVIPRO (Bamako) – An agro-pastoral business focused on poultry production and animal feed manufacturing
Over the next 24 months, these companies will receive tailored mentorship, strategic guidance and technical support to reinforce their growth and increase their economic impact.
