How can we increase the participation of women in training programmes? Or encourage households to sort their waste? And how can low-income farmers get access to irrigation kits? Three times last year, talented Ivorian students and their mentors racked their brains trying to find solutions to these questions. With the ultimate aim to cocreate their city.
#CoCreateMyCity not only raises awareness about local challenges, it also shows students the potential of entrepreneurship as a (fun!) solution. In Côte d’Ivoire and other Orange Corners countries, young people leave with new entrepreneurial skills, connections, and who knows.. maybe even a spot in the next Orange Corners Business Incubation Programme!
